Context
Waverley Council engaged Logicore to review their transformational modernisation programs and develop a 3-year Strategic Roadmap, aligning the programs with its Business Strategy Pand assessing the impacts to the business. To ensure agility, pragmatism, and business alignment, the Minimum Viable Enterprise Architecture (MVEA) methodology was applied. MVEA focused on “just enough” architecture to inform decisions and enable action, avoiding unnecessary complexity and wasted time and resource.
