Background

Peter has 50 years of experience in Government, Defense, Academia, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Entertainment, Construction, Aviation & Health Care industries.

He has extensive experience in developing Business Cases and has done large scale CRM industry analysis and high-level design in the consulting, healthcare and education industries.

Responsible for the strategic analysis, development and introduction of large, high-technology systems including three that were the first of their kind in the world.  Extensive and broad background in information technology including familiarity with an extremely wide range of software/hardware environments, applications, technologies and methodologies.  Successful strategic and tactical planner, manager, designer and marketer with excellent communications and client management skills including an extensive professional network. 

  • Senior Consultant overseeing large IT components for the Workplace of the Future program at Barangaroo, including systems like CMS, Occupancy Management, and IPS, while integrating Salesforce and aligning these systems with the existing environment, including Google Enterprise.
  • Senior Consultant responsible for the inventory and analysis of applications, infrastructure, and networks across all terrestrial data centres for the Sydney Local Health District. The role included devising a migration plan to consolidate 12 data centres into the NSW health landscape and migrate to GovDC.
  • Senior Consultant for the analysis and replacement of UNSW Public Health & Safety systems.
  • Led successful proposals that secured two major new telecommunications clients and generated US$2.3M  in sales. Authored a strategic systems plan for GTS and managed the integration of IT systems across 17 GTS subsidiaries, consolidating them into a unified enterprise-wide software suite.

Recent Projects

Business Case for Companion Card Modernisation

Logicore developed a robust Business Case to enable the Department with the funding approval to implement and roll out this modernisation program. The Business Case articulated the benefits, drivers, timeline, costs, and KPIs that resonated with the Department’s vision for a connected and inclusive community, ensuring that the Companion Card Program continued to empower its cardholders and their support persons effectively.
