1. Privacy Policy
Logicore respects the privacy of individuals and manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and amendments under the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 (Cth).
Our Commitments
- Collect only necessary information (contact, professional, financial, recruitment, and sensitive data).
- Collect through lawful means (directly, via services, or third parties).

Privacy by Design & High-Risk Processing
Logicore designs systems with Privacy by Design principles. Any processing considered “high-risk” (e.g. automated decision making, profiling, biometrics) undergoes a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) before implementation.
Automated Decision-Making
- We disclose the type of personal information used.
- We disclose the kinds of decisions made.
- We ensure human oversight and appeal processes.
Cross-Border Data
Where personal data is stored or transferred overseas, Logicore ensures equivalent protection under the APPs.
Data Breaches
We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme and the Cyber Security Act 2024 (Cth) (ransomware reporting obligations). Individuals and regulators are notified if serious harm is likely.
Regulatory Enforcement
Logicore acknowledges the OAIC’s enhanced powers (civil penalties, infringement notices, remedial orders) and commits to full cooperation with regulators.

2. Information Security Policy
Logicore protects information assets through:
- Role-based access, multi-factor authentication, encryption at rest and in transit.
- Firewalls, monitoring, patching, malware protection.
- Regular cyber security training.
- Vendor risk assessments and audit rights.
- Escalation of significant incidents to senior management and regulators as required.
3. Data Breach & Cyber Incident Response Policy
Logicore responds promptly to all data breaches and cyber incidents. We:
- Contain and investigate the incident.
- Assess risks and likelihood of serious harm.
- Notify affected individuals, OAIC, and other regulators if required.
- Report ransomware payments where mandated under the Cyber Security Act 2024 (Cth).
- Maintain incident records for at least two years.
- Test and update our response procedures regularly.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
All intellectual property developed by Logicore remains Logicore’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We respect third-party rights and comply with the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Clients and partners may only use Logicore content with written agreement.
5. Work Health & Safety (WHS) Policy
Logicore complies with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and state equivalents. We:
- Identify and control risks.
- Provide training, resources, and safe procedures.
- Support WHS for remote and hybrid work.
- Promote psychological wellbeing and safe work practices.
6. Equal Employment Opportunity & Diversity Policy
Logicore provides a fair and inclusive workplace. We:

19. Scam & Fraud Prevention Policy
Logicore implements measures to detect, prevent, and report scams and fraudulent activity, in line with ACCC and government scam reform frameworks (2025).
